Quorum

Live quiz and assessment sessions for training teams.

The energy of a live quiz, with the controls institutional training needs: an admin-curated bank library where every shared bank is reviewed and approved, a facilitator in charge of every step, and results your organization decides whether to keep.

Reviewed before it’s shared

A bank stays private to its author until an admin approves it for the whole organization. Editing an approved bank sends it back for review, and a bank can’t change while a session is using it.

The facilitator runs the room

You start, reveal, show standings, skip and end — nothing moves until you do. No one, you included, sees the answer before the reveal. Run it from your phone; it recovers from dropped connections and restarts.

Join in seconds

Participants enter a 6-digit PIN and a nickname, or scan the QR code — no account, no app. For graded sessions, add a roster with personal access codes that doubles as attendance.

Private by design

Kept results hold a leaderboard and per-question aggregates. Individual answers are deleted when a session ends unless a setting keeps them. Turn retention off per session or let old results expire on your schedule. Groups under five get no per-question stats.

Every kind of question, one bank

Five question formats for live or self-paced sessions — and any of them can carry an image, audio, or video attachment.

Scored questions

Multiple choice rewards speed and accuracy, with a streak bonus for consecutive correct answers. Put in order gives partial credit for every item placed in the right position — never all-or-nothing.

Polls, word clouds & feedback

Run a choice question as an ungraded poll, gather Open text answers into a live word cloud, or collect Good / Neutral / Bad ratings with comments that stay anonymous by default.

Self-hosted: participant data stays on infrastructure you control. Each organization’s banks, sessions and results stay separate from every other’s.
